Product & Methodology
Why would arbitrIQ outperform my preferred LLM?

Ask any single LLM "Should we acquire Company X?" and you'll get a helpful, confident answer. The problem: it's optimized to please you, not challenge you. It will rarely surface the counterarguments that keep experienced board members up at night.

arbitrIQ forces independently-trained models into structured opposition. The Advocate must defend the proposition; the Opposition must attack it. Neither can agree to disagree. The result is fundamentally different: arguments that have survived challenge, not just arguments that sound good.

Think of it as the difference between asking one advisor versus watching two experts debate in front of you.

Can I trust AI for critical decisions?

arbitrIQ is decision support, not decision replacement. Every recommendation comes with full transparency: complete debate transcript, arguments on each side, evaluator scoring, and reasoning behind the synthesis.

You make the call — arbitrIQ ensures you've seen the best arguments from both sides first. The full transcript is available for audit, governance, and deep-dive review.

How long does an analysis take?

Rapid triage: 2–3 dimensions, limited debate depth, typically under 10 minutes. Useful to surface major blind spots early.

Standard strategic review: 4–5 dimensions with structured opposition, usually 10–20 minutes.

High-stakes governance: 6–7 dimensions, deeper debate and web grounding, often 30+ minutes for board- or client-facing decisions.

What kind of questions work best with arbitrIQ?

arbitrIQ is designed for high-stakes, hard-to-reverse decisions that benefit from structured opposition. Examples include:

M&A decisions, market entry timing, major capital expenditure, strategic pivots, risk/opportunity assessments, investment allocation, partnership evaluations, and product strategy decisions.

Technically, it may work for any question that has meaningful opposing perspectives — but it's added value becomes more obvious when the decision is complex, consequential, and has clear trade-offs.

What documents can I upload?

You can upload financials, reports, market data, presentations, and other supporting documents. The Director extracts relevant data and uses it to ground the debate. You can also point the system to websites for additional context.

For security reasons, only pdf, docx, xlsx, pptx and txt files are supported.

Security & Privacy
How is my data handled securely?

Your documents and analyses are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your data to train any models. arbitrIQ is an EU-headquartered company (Belgium), fully GDPR-native.

Enterprise plans offer additional security options including SSO, dedicated environments, and private deployments. Learn more about our security posture →

Which AI models do you use?

arbitrIQ uses models from three independent providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini). All models are accessed through zero-data-retention API agreements, meaning your data is never used for model training.

Using independently trained models is a core feature — their different reasoning patterns, training data, and failure modes create richer, more genuine debate.

For Consultants
Does arbitrIQ replace strategic consultants?

No. arbitrIQ generates structured contradiction, not recommendations. It surfaces the arguments, counter-arguments, and blind spots. The synthesis, judgment, client relationship, and strategic insight — that's the consultant's value.

Think of it as a tool that handles the mechanical analysis so consultants can focus on what humans do best: contextual judgment and stakeholder alignment. Learn more about consultant workflows →

Can I white-label or brand the output?

Absolutely, yes. You are free to white-label or brand the output of arbitrIQ. This includes customizing the branding, logos, and presentation of the analysis results to match your firm's identity.
